Return - Refund Policy
. Return within 30 Days for a refund minus S&H. Buyer is responsible for returning item in original condition with all extras, without horse hairs, smells, etc or deductions will be made.*
. There is a 15% re-stocking fee.
. There is 30% restocking fee on all clearance items. We request a clean sheet be used under saddle when trying for fitting.
. Please fill out the RMA form and include it with item. Form can be found at RETURN FORM
. A tracking number should be sent to returns@jcmsaddle.com Please make sure the box is securely packaged, we will not be responsible for damaged or missing returns. Buyers must email us before returning any item.
. It may take up to 21 days to complete a refund once we have inspected the items.
. Items that have been customized, opened or generally altered with are not eligible for return.
