Return - Refund Policy

Return within 30 Days for a refund minus S&H. Buyer is responsible for returning item in original condition with all extras, without horse hairs, smells, etc or deductions will be made.* 

There is a 5% restocking fee. We request a clean sheet be used under saddle when trying for fitting.

A tracking number should be sent to jcmsaddle@gmail.com Please make sure the box is securely packaged, we will not be responsible for damaged or missing returns. Buyers must email us before returning any item.

It may take up to 10-15 days to complete a refund once we have inspected the items.

Items that have been customized, opened or generally altered with are not eligible for return.
